Mervyn joined the firm in 1972
and was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1975.
Mervyn is a partner in the firm's commercial property department
and advises several institutional, national and multi-national
companies and various private clients in relation to all aspects
of commercial property law affecting their property
portfolios. Mervyn has for over twenty years, acted for successive
operators of the principal airport in Northern Ireland in
all conveyancing aspects relating to the operation of the
airport. This has included site acquisition, commercial
leasing and advice on a variety of landlord and tenant
issues. He also acts for one of the major retail banks in
Northern Ireland in connection with the taking of security
over a wide variety of investment properties.
Mervyn is also involved in our general conveyancing practice
and is increasing his involvement in our probate
department.
