Having joined the firm in 1986, Steven was admitted as
a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1987. He subsequently
took a sabbatical in 1995-1996, attending University College
Dublin and obtaining an LL.M in European Law. Steven is
a partner in the commercial property department,
and advises in relation to all aspects of commercial property
work, with particular reference to commercial leasing
and retail development. Steven has for a number of
years supervised all aspects of legal work for one of the
largest shopping centres in Belfast, and is involved in
site acquisition in Northern Ireland for a national retailer.
In addition Steven advises generally on landlord and
tenant matters including the application of the Business
Tenancies (NI) Order 1996, and is involved in our general
conveyancing practice.
